We are Delaware; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for development of web based application for children Welfare.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Application should be available 24/7 hosted by vendor.
(2) Application should be developed for children and youth.
(3) We have not identified any particular language, database or platform in RFP document.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.

Onshore (USA Only)
